The morning of August 5, the international commerce trading center of port of Huorguosi of Xinjiang of Sino-Kazakhstan frontier breaks ground formally , this indicates that agreement that our country and Kazakhstan establish the cooperation in international border in the centre enters the implementing stage. According to the introduction, the international commerce trading center of port of Huorguosi can hold more than 300 trade companies , deal in all kinds of quality brand name products of characteristic products and domestic enterprise of countries , such as Central Asia , Russia ,etc. mainly, the product category includes clothing shoes and hats , small electrical home appliances , new-type building materials , all kinds of tourist souvenirs ,etc.. This commercial center still has functions , such as passenger-cargo information , goods show , amusement and leisure , commercial office ,etc.. The international commerce trading center of Huorguosi is " pathfinder " of international cooperative centre construction of border of China and Kazakhstan, it is the extension of the cooperative centre business.

    It is reported, the agreement establishing the cooperation in Sino-Kazakhstan international border of Huorguosi in the centre was signed on September 24 , 2004 by governments of China and Kazakhstan, the agreement proposes that Sino-Kazakhstan both sides mark land of 14.36 sq. km. and establish the cooperation in international border of Huorguosi in the centre altogether in each border, in order to give play to its position advantage of extending across China and Kazakhstan , set up to a freedom to trade of investment , personnel the freedom of coming in and going out, it is multi-functional in the integrative " free port " city to collect regional processing and manufacturing , trade changing trains , goods purchasing , financial service , tourism and leisure ,etc..
